Resume: 

In July 1982 in the original structure engineering graduate of wuhan university of technology, with a master's degree in engineering, after graduation in wuhan university of technology institute of civil engineering and architecture and traffic engineering research institute is engaged in the teaching and scientific research work. From 1990 to 1991 as a senior visiting scholar, kanagawa university is engaged in the research work in Japan. Now the wuhan polytechnic university professor, doctoral supervisor. Who is director of the institute of highway in hubei province, vice director of hubei highway Bridges, core journals world earthquake engineering magazine deputy editor. For many years engaged in high-performance composite reinforced concrete structure and its application in engineering.
